Site Planning - It is worth sitting down and working out what pages you need for your site. The basic pages are as follows:
1 – index page.
The index page is the first page people see when they click on, or type in your web address.

2 – Contact Page.
Normally called the “Contact Us” page. Simple contact details such as Address, Telephone numbers to call, email addresses.

3 – About Page.
This is a very important page, far more important than most people realise. The about “us page” is viewed by many of your site visitors, as people like to know who they may be doing business with. Some companies have photo’s of Directors or Staff. The choice is yours. Have a look at what other people have done and let us have the site address and we’ll do something like it for you.

Other pages are your Service or Product Pages

Site Copy (Text) – Write the site copy, in other word the text you require on each page in MS-Word.

Graphics – Send over any graphics you want included. If you would like us to design some web graphics for your page please call to discuss and ask about pricing. We can get some good web graphics together quite quickly so wont cost the earth but may make all the difference to the page and the site in general.

Hosting and URL purchase - You will need to have the websites domain (URL) purchased along with hosting. We will need access to these prior to taking on any web design work. If you want us to get the hosting and domain purchased call us for pricing.

Data capture – If you already have an account with Constant Contact, aWeber or iContact then you will be able to send us the .html code for these data capture boxes to collect name and email addresses. If you do not have accounts with any data capture, email service then we can provide this. Please contact us for costs etc.
